Who We Are.
PRORUNINNG is a professional sports academy comprising of a team full of enthusiasm for sports education, with a special focus on running & strength and conditioning.
We provide comprehensive sports training in a controlled and safe venue. In addition, we provide intensive training programs for those who want to participate in more a rigorous practice regime, whether it is for recreational reasons, competition preparation or aiming to achieve a better-self.

- 根據選手年齡、專項(短跑、長跑、跳躍等)設計個性化課表,結合體能、技術與戰術訓練。
- 運用運動科學設備(如動作分析系統、體能監測儀器)優化訓練成效。

- 重視運動員的學業與品德發展,培養抗壓性與團隊精神。
- 關注營養規劃、傷害防護及心理諮詢支援,確保選手全面成長。

Team Philosophy
With a core philosophy of "scientific training, personalized coaching, and the pursuit of excellence," we are dedicated to enhancing athletes' competitive abilities and mental resilience, helping every runner push their limits and perform at their best on the track.

1. Professional Qualifications
- Our team consists of HKAAA registered coaches, WA certified coaches and university sports science lecturers, bringing extensive practical experience and international expertise.
- We regularly participate in local and overseas training programs to stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and sports science advancements.
2. Systematic Training
- Customized training plans tailored to athletes' ages and specialties (sprints, long-distance, jumps, etc.), integrating physical conditioning, technique refinement, and race strategy.
- Utilization of sports science equipment (e.g., motion analysis systems, performance monitoring tools) to optimize training outcomes.
3. Holistic Development
- Emphasis on academic progress and character-building, fostering resilience and teamwork.
- Support in nutrition planning, injury prevention, and sports psychology to ensure well-rounded growth.
