課程特色:
1. 科學化訓練:結合技術與體能訓練,針對短跑、中距離跑及跳躍項目進行專項提升。
2. 技術精進:由專業教團隊糾正跑姿、起跑技巧及跳躍動作方式,避免運動傷害。
3. 體能強化:透過爆發力訓練、核心穩定性練習及耐力鍛鍊,全面提升運動表現。
4. 競賽導向:模擬比賽情境,加強心理素質,適合有意參加校際或公開賽事的學員。
5. 安全與監控:注重熱身與緩和運動,預防受傷,並定期評估學員進度。

Course Features:
1. Scientific training: Combines technique and fitness training, focusing on sprints, middle-distance runs, and jumps for specialized improvement.
2. Technique enhancement: Professional coaches correct running form, starting technique, and jumping movements to prevent injuries.
3. Physical strengthening: Includes explosive power training, core stability exercises, and endurance workouts to boost overall performance.
4. Competition-oriented: Simulates competition scenarios and strengthens mental resilience, ideal for those aiming for inter-school or open competitions.
5. Safety and monitoring: Emphasizes warm-up and cool-down, injury prevention, and regular progress assessments.
